We purchased this paper to create a Doc McStuffins–themed scrapbook for our three-year-old, as we make a special scrapbook for her birthday every year. Finding Doc McStuffins merchandise was surprisingly difficult this time, but Amazon made it easy to pull everything together within our budget. The paper isn’t extremely thick, but it has enough sturdiness to work beautifully for crafting and page layering. Since we use 8 x 11 books to keep costs low, we had to trim the sheets, and the wide variety of patterns made it easy to choose the best sections. I loved the range of designs, from bold hot pink to gentle light blue, and the mix of abstract prints and whimsical florals added so much character to each page. The trimmed pieces were also perfect for stacking and adding depth to the layout. There’s definitely enough paper to complete two full scrapbooks, and everything arrived on time and well packaged. Even without the black, the collection still offers a great selection of gray shades that turned out to be very usable. I’m not entirely sure what the “standard” thickness of cardstock should be, but this paper feels sturdy, supportive, and anything but flimsy. This paper is absolutely beautiful, and I’ve been using it mainly to decorate the outside of boxes and containers, where it adds a really polished and stylish look. The designs are vibrant and eye-catching, making even simple projects feel more special. The sheets are square, but it’s worth noting that there’s a printed perforation line about an inch from the inner edge of the book and a small punched hole in the center, though these don’t actually function as true perforations. Thankfully, it’s still very easy to remove the full square pages cleanly, but the print line and hole can be a bit of a drawback for certain uses. Another thing to keep in mind is that the patterns on the cover don’t always represent the exact scale of the designs inside. Despite these minor issues, I’m genuinely happy with the purchase because the quality and beauty of the paper make up for them. The price also felt very fair, and overall, this set definitely deserves five stars
